    • What will happen when you send an email to logacall@gpt.co.za?
    • Your email will be returned and the details of the problem will be logged on our system.
    • You will be given a reference number for your call on return email. Keep this in a safe. place, as you will need it should you wish to follow up on the call at a later stage.
    • The logged call will be assigned to a technician who will be able to resolve the problem.
