Our direct life cycle services include:

Equipment Site Surveys, Installations, Commissioning and Relocations

Planning, surveys, site reads, logistics management, professional installation and operator training is critical if the end user is to maximise both benefit and return on investment. Furthermore, it reduces operator error and equipment queries/failure.

On-site Customer Service Technician (OCST)

An on-site CST can be permanently based at clients’ premises facilitating short time call response. This also has the added benefit of being in touch with our engineers on a daily basis.

Field Customer Service Technician (FCST)

GPT understands that a customers business model relies on equipment availability. Our national network of field based personnel, ensure equipment is readily available minimising costly downtime.

 

 

Call Management Desk

Our professional response and verification of customer problems assists in finding a ready solution. We always attempt a telephonic fix to minimise inconvenience and downtime. Our call desk services are available Monday to Friday, 08h30 to 16h30.

On-line Call Placement and Monitoring

This is an optional feature available to contracted customers with full maintenance agreements. A remote terminal is installed on the customer's premises which is linked to the GPT call centre dispatch system. This enables customers to place and monitor service calls from their premises.

Back-up Equipment Installation

This is an optional feature. Should equipment be removed from the customers premises for repairs, a loan unit will be installed in its place until the repaired unit is returned.

Repair and Refurbishment Centre

Our repair centres provide a comprehensive range of upgrades and refurbishment services to prolong the useful and efficient working life of your equipment.

Extend the Life of your Equipment

We provide complete refurbishment services on all products we sell and support. Products are restored to “like new” status and re-certified to ensure the highest standards.

Service Contracts

Tailor-made service contracts are available on all our products. We also offer a choice of maintenance contracts for carry-in, on-site and/or field maintenance, including non-contractual time and material field call-out service.
